摘要
目的探讨中医饮食调理对肺癌患者营养状况的影响。方法选取80例肺癌患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施中医饮食调理方法。干预3个月后,比较两组体重、BMI、血红蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、PG-SGA得分、营养不良发生率。结果观察组体重、BMI、血清前白蛋白均高于对照组,PG-SGA得分和重度营养不良的发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中医饮食调理可以提高肺癌患者体重、BMI、血清前白蛋白的水平,降低重度营养不良的发生率。中医饮食调理是一种有效的营养管理方式,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine dietary on the nutritional status of patients with lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(40 patients in each group).Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine dietary on the basis of routine care.After three months of intervention,the weight,BMI,hemoglobin,serum prealbumin,serum albumin,PG-SGA score and malnutrition incidence were compared between the two groups.Results The body weight,BMI and serum prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the PG-SGA scores and the incidence of severe malnutrition in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dietary can improve the weight,BMI,and serum prealbumin levels of lung cancer patients and reduce the occurrence of severe malnutrition in lung cancer patients.The traditional Chinese medicine dietary approach is an effective nutritional management method and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
