摘要
家庭财富构造包括正财富构造、负财富构造、零财富构造。负财富构造的表现形式是家庭负资产构造,负资产构造造成了家庭的投资困境,家庭面临严峻的负资产处理难题,包括如何转正、怎样转移、负资产黑洞的填补、负资产风险的评估、资产负债表的修复、计算式焦虑的自我调整等。家庭负资产构造导致家庭消费下降并带来连锁负效应,家庭负资产的配置效率直接关联家庭的利益及内循环的畅通;家庭负资产的化解既是金融风险问题,也是关系国计民生的问题。
The household wealth structure includes positive wealth structure,negative wealth structure,and zero wealth structure.The form of negative wealth structure is the negative household asset structure,which leads to the household investment dilemma.The households are faced with severe problems in dealing with negative assets,including how to turn positive,how to transfer,filling the black hole of negative assets,assessing the risk of negative assets,repairing the balance sheet,and self-adjustment of computational anxiety.The negative household assets structure leads to the decline of household consumption and brings a chain of negative effects.The efficiency of the allocation of negative household assets is directly related to the interests of the household and the smooth flow of internal circulation.The resolution of negative household assets is not only a problem of financial risk,but also a problem related to the nation’s economy and people’s livelihood.
