送端电网新能源承载能力研究

摘要 随着“碳达峰、碳中和”及构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统战略目标的提出,国家将大力促进新能源的发展,西北部地区作为国家重要能源基地和“西电东送”重要送电端电网,“双高三低”特性明显,其新能源承载能力的研究显得尤为重要。针对送端电网,提出一种考虑多种影响因素的新能源承载能力综合评估方法,依托综合仿真试验研究系统,统筹考虑常规机组开机水平、调峰能力(旋转备用容量)、负荷水平、断面潮流及新能源消纳优先级等实际运行因素,在满足电网安全稳定约束、电力平衡约束条件下,利用时域仿真法求得新能源承载能力,实现多种影响因素的解耦分析。通过对比论证,提出制约送端电网新能源承载能力的主要影响因素及对应承载规模,并提出新能源承载能力提升措施。 With the proposal of the strategic goal of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”and building a new power system with new energy as the main body,China will vigorously promote the development of new energy.As an important national energy base and an important sending-end grid of“West-to-East power transmission”,the Northwest region has obvious characteristics of“double high and three low”,and the research of its new energy carrying capacity is particularly important.A comprehensive evaluation method of new energy carrying capacity considering multiple influencing factors is proposed in this paper for sending-end power grid.Based on the comprehensive simulation test research system,overall consideration of start-up level,peak load capacity(rotating reserve capacity),load level,section power flow and new energy consumption priority and other actual operating factors of the conventional unit is carried out.Under the conditions that power grid security and stability constraints and power balance constraints are met,the time-domain simulation method is used to obtain the new energy carrying capacity and the decoupling analysis of various influencing factors is realized.Finally,the main influencing factors restricting the new energy carrying capacity of sending-end power grid and the corresponding carrying scale are put forward by comparative demonstration,and the measures to improve carrying capacity of the new energy are put forward.
