摘要
血栓性疾病是导致人类死亡的主要原因。沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator 1,SIRT1)调节炎症反应、氧化应激、血管生成、能量代谢以及内皮细胞功能等过程,在静脉血栓栓塞、缺血性脑卒中、心房颤动、动脉粥样硬化等血栓性疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就SIRT1的结构和生理功能,以及其参与血栓性疾病的机制和研究进展进行综述。
Thrombotic diseases are a major cause of human mortality.Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)regulates processes such as inflammation,oxidative stress,vascular generation,energy metabolism,and endothelial cell function.It plays a crucial role in thrombotic diseases such as venous thromboembolism,ischemic stroke,atrial fibrillation,and atherosclerosis.This article provides a comprehensive review of the structure and physiological functions of SIRT1,as well as its involvement in the mechanisms and research progress of thrombotic diseases.
