摘要
麻黄为临床最常用中药之一,《神农本草经》载其“主中风,伤寒头痛,温疟,发表出汗,去邪热气,止咳逆上气,除寒热,破癥坚积聚”,在临床各科中得到了广泛运用。文章基于《神农本草经》对麻黄主治病症的阐述,结合《伤寒杂病论》相关条文的记载,归纳总结了张仲景对《神农本草经》的学术继承,尤其是涉及“主中风,伤寒头痛”“发表出汗,去邪热气”“止咳逆上气”“除寒热”等;此外,张仲景结合临证经验,将麻黄的主治功效进行了拓展创新,尤其是在“痉病”“湿病”“水气病”。同时,文章还系统整理了张仲景应用麻黄的运用时机、用量规律、炮制煎煮等,从而进一步探析张仲景运用麻黄的证治规律,以期为中医学者深入理解经方组方特色、掌握麻黄运用方法提供参考。
Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic.Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica recorded that Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)can“cure stroke,cold fever and headache,warm malaria,publish sweating,remove evil heat,stop cough against Qi,get rid of the cold and heat,eliminate hard,amassment and accumulation in the body”.It has been widely used in clinical departments.Based on the description of the indications of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica and combined with the relevant provisions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,this paper summarizes ZHANG Zhongjing's academic inheritance inShennong's Classic of Materia Medica,especially related to“cure stroke,cold fever and headache”“publishsweating,remove evil heat”“stop cough against Qi”“get rid of the cold and heat”. In addition,combinedwith clinical experience,ZHANG Zhongjing expanded and innovated the therapeutic efficacy of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba),especially in“febrile disease”“wet disease”“water-air disease”and so on. Atthe same time,this paper also systematically sortes out the use of timing,rules of dosage,processing anddecoction of ZHANG Zhongjing's application of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba),in order to further explore therules of syndrome and treatment of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)used by ZHANG Zhongjing and providereferences for scholars of traditional Chinese medicine to deeply understand the characteristics of classicalprescriptions and master the methods of application of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba).
