摘要
目的 通过比较分析传统大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术前后患者下肢静脉系统中的血流动力学参数变化,为评估手术疗效提供依据。方法 选取本院33例经过大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱手术治疗的CEAP C2~C4大隐静脉曲张患者,应用彩色多普勒超声收集患者术前和术后早期下肢静脉系统中的血流动力学参数,对比分析术前与术后参数的变化。结果 术后患者股总静脉、股浅静脉、大隐静脉汇入段及胫后静脉血管直经缩小;股总、股浅、腘和小隐静脉的血流速度增快,胫后静脉血流速度减慢;上述静脉返流峰值减小、返流时间缩短,差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论 通过分析患者下肢静脉系统血流动力学数据,可更为客观地评价大隐静脉高位结扎及剥脱术的疗效。
Objective By comparing and analyzing the changes of haemodynamic parameters in the lower extremity venous system of patients before and after traditional saphenous vein ligation and stripping so as to provide a basis for evaluating the efficacy of the surgery.Methods 33 great saphenous vein patients(CEAP C2~C4)treated by high-position ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein in our hospital were selected.Hemodynamic parameters of lower extremity venous systemlower extremity venous system in the early stage by color Doppler ultrasound were collected,and compared the changes before and after operation.Results After operation,the common femoral vein(CFV),superficial femoral vein(SFV),saphenous-femoral vein junction(SFJ)and posterior tibial veins(PTV)were reduced.Meanwhile,the blood flow velocity of CFV,SFV,popliteal vein(PV)and small saphenous vein(SSV)increased,but the blood of posterior tibial veins showed down.The peak value of above venous regurgitation decreased and the regurgitation time decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein can be evaluated more objectively by analyzing the haemodynamic data of the patients with lower extremity venous system.
