摘要
目的 掌握荆州市中心城区常见蝇种类、密度、分布情况及季节消长,为蝇类科学防控提供依据。方法 2019—2023年的4—10月,采用笼诱法监测蝇密度,统计分析蝇种类、密度及季节变化趋势。结果 2019—2023年荆州市中心城区捕获蝇包含5科11属16种,其中厩腐蝇、棕尾别麻蝇和丝光绿蝇密度位居前3。5年平均蝇密度为3.47只/笼,平均密度变化趋势为双峰型,峰值出现在6月和10月。不同生境蝇种类和密度不同,厩腐蝇和棕尾别麻蝇为4种生境的优势种。不同生境5年平均蝇密度中,绿化带最高,餐饮外环境最低。结论 厩腐蝇和棕尾别麻蝇为荆州市优势种群,蝇密度季节变化趋势均呈双峰型,绿化带蝇密度高。应根据蝇密度季节变化趋势和不同场所危害情况,科学合理的采取防制措施,同时加大绿化带蝇密度控制,在蝇密度出现高峰前加强孳生地治理和化学药物灭蝇,有效降低蝇密度。
Objective To understand the species,density,distribution,and seasonal fluctuation of flies in the urban areas of Jingzhou City,so as to provide scientific reference for fly control.Methods From April 2019 to October 2023,the fly density was monitored by cage trapping method,and the species,density and seasonal fluctuation of flies were analyzed statistically.Results There were 16 species of flies in 5 families,11 genera in Jingzhou City from 2019 to 2023,among which the density of Muscina stabulans,Boettcherisca peregrina and Lucilia sericata were the top three.The 5-year average density of flies was 3.47 flies per cage,and the trend of average density change was bimodal,and the peak appeared in June and October.The species and density of flies were different in different habitats.M.stabulans and B.peregrina were the dominant species in the four habitats.The 5-year average fly density was the highest in green belt and the lowest in outside catering environment.Conclusion M.stabulans and B.peregrina were the dominant flies in Jingzhou.The seasonal ctuation of fly density was bimodal,and the fly density in green belt was high.According to the seasonal fluctuation of fly density and the harm situation in different places,scientific and reasonable control measures should be taken.At the same time,the control of fly density in green belt should be strengthened,and the control of breeding sites and chemical drugs should be strengthened before the peak of fly density to effectively reduce fly density.
