某型发动机增压转换活门未起动机理分析

Analysis on Problem of Untransitioned State between Fighting/Training Conditions of an Aeroengine

摘要 针对某型飞机在滑行后,飞行参数报出其增压转换活门未起动的故障,本文阐述了该增压转换活门的工作原理,详细分析了故障现象,剖析可能引发该故障的原因,并提出了相应的排故流程,最终确定为增压转换活门协动的压力信号器故障导致上述问题的发生。更换新成品后,进行外场试车验证,发动机各参数稳定,飞机状态恢复。 Aiming at the failure of the supercharging transfer valve not started by the flight parameters of a certain aircraft after taxiing, the working principle of the supercharging transfer valve was expounded. The malfunction phenomenon was analyzed. The possible causes of the malfunction analyzed and the corresponding troubleshooting process was put forward. It was determined that a malfunction of the booster transfer flap was the cause of the above problem. After the replacement of the finished product, the field test verification was conducted, the engine parameters were stable and the aircraft status was restored.
