摘要
蒸汽压片处理可同时控制水分、温度和压力等因素使玉米的化学结构发生改变,从而使玉米的营养成分发生变化。蒸汽压片玉米(SFC)可改变牛瘤胃内乙酸与丙酸的比例,有益于瘤胃发酵,提高过瘤胃蛋白量及对氮的利用率。饲喂蒸汽压片玉米能够提高奶牛产奶量,改善牛奶成分和营养价值。饲喂蒸汽压片玉米可以提高育肥牛的日增重及饲料转化率,增加眼肌面积,促进脂肪沉积。因此,蒸汽压片玉米具有较高的经济饲用价值,同时蒸汽压片技术值得在畜牧养殖业中推广应用。文章综述国内外蒸汽压片玉米的营养价值研究及其对牛生产性能的影响,为蒸汽压片玉米在生产实践中的应用提供参考。
Steam presser treatment can simultaneously control factors such as moisture,temperature,and pressure to alter the chemical structure of corn,resulting in changes in its nutritional composition.Steam flaked corn(SFC)can change the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in rumen,which is beneficial to rumen fermentation,increase the amount of rumen protein and the utilization rate of nitrogen.Steam flaked corn can increase milk production,improve milk composition and nutritional value.Feeding steam flaked corn can improve daily weight gain and feed conversion efficiency,increase eye muscle area,and promote fat deposition.Therefore,steam flaked corn has high economic feeding value,and steam flaked technology is worth promoting and applying in animal husbandry.This article reviews the nutritional value of steam flaked corn at home and abroad and its impact on cattle production performance,in order to provide a reference for the application of steam flaked corn in production practice.
