品种和生育期对紫花苜蓿的生产性能、营养品质和矿物质元素的影响

摘要 试验分析品种和生育期对紫花苜蓿的生产性能、营养品质和矿物质元素的影响,从而确定赤峰地区高产优质的紫花苜蓿品种及最适生育期。研究以7个引进的紫花苜蓿品种作为研究材料,比较7个品种的现蕾期、初花期和盛花期的生产性能和营养品质的差异。结果表明:随着生育期的推进,株高呈现增加趋势,盛花期的株高显著高于现蕾期和初花期(P<0.05);WL168和金皇后初花期的干草产量较高。粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)和总可消化养分(TDN)含量随着生育期的推进呈现降低趋势,除了阿尔岗金和猎人河品种,其他品种现蕾期和初花期的CP含量均显著高于盛花期(P<0.05)。而中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量和相对饲用价值(RFV)随着生育期的推进而增加,54V09的NDF和ADF含量均低于其他品种,54V09品种初花期的RFV显著高于除了55V12以外的品种(P<0.05)。随着生育期的推进,各矿物质元素均呈现降低趋势。现蕾期的Ca、Mg、S、P、K元素含量显著高于盛花期(P>0.05)。现蕾期,54V09品种的Ca、Mg、S元素的含量最高,55V12品种的P、K元素的含量最高。通过分析3个生育期的7个品种各指标的均值,并利用隶属函数法进行综合评价,得出现蕾期品质最佳。不同紫花苜蓿品种的营养品质排名依次为:54V09>55V12>WL168>三得利=猎人河>金皇后=阿尔岗金。研究表明,在赤峰阿鲁科尔沁地区,现蕾期收获可以获得高产优质的饲料,54V09和55V12品种适合在赤峰地区推广种植。 The experiment was to analyze the effects of variety and fertility period on the production performance,nutritional quality,and mineral elements of alfalfa.The experiment was conducted to determine the high-yielding and high-quality alfalfa varieties and the optimum fertility period in Chifeng area.Seven introduced varieties of alfalfa were used as study materials to compare the differences in production performance and nutritional quality among the seven varieties at the present bud stage,early flowering stage and full flowering stages.The results showed that the plant height showed an increasing trend with advancing fertility,and was significantly higher at the full flowering stage than at the bud stage and early flowering stage(P<0.05).Higher hay yields were obtained at the early flowering stage of WL168 and Golden Queen.Crude protein(CP),extract ether(EE),crude ash(Ash),and total digestible nutrients(TDN)contents showed a decreasing trend with advancing fertility.Except for the Algonquin and Hunter River varieties,CP content was significantly higher at the present bud stage and early flowering stage than at the full flowering stage(P<0.05).Whereas neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin(ADL)content,and relative feeding value(RFV)increased with advancing fertility,NDF and ADF content of 54V09 was lower than those of the other varieties,and RFV of 54V09 varieties at the time of early flowering stage was significantly higher than all varieties except 55V12 (P<0.05). As the fertility period progressed, all mineral elements showed a decreasing trend. The concentrations of Ca,Mg, S, P, and K elements were significantly higher at the bud stage than full flowering stage (P<0.05). At the bud stage,54V09 variety had the highest content of Ca, Mg, and S elements, while 55V12 variety had the highest content of P and Kelements.
