摘要
目的分析宫腔镜联合宫安康治疗人流术后宫腔粘连的效果。方法回顾性选取2018年10月—2023年10月遵义市妇幼保健院收治的96例人流术后出现宫腔粘连患者的临床资料,按治疗方式分为对照组、观察组,各48例。所有患者均行宫腔镜治疗,观察组同时以宫安康进行治疗,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、月经量、治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.008,P<0.05)。观察组月经量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜可以缓解或消除人流术后宫腔粘连所致的痛经症状,再联合宫安康治疗效果良好,可促进子宫内膜修复,改善经量。
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopy combined with Gongankang in the treatment of uterine adhesion after abortion surgery.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with intrauterine adhesions after abortion treated in Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.All patients underwent hysteroscopic treatment,and the observation group received Gongankang treatment at the same time.Endometrial thickness,menstrual volume and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.92%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.008,P<0.05).The menstrual volume in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy can alleviate or eliminate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea caused by uterine adhesions after abortion,and then combined with the Gongankang treatment is effective,can promote the endometrial repair,improve the menstrual flow.
