摘要
目的探讨振颓汤对气血两虚型帕金森病中医证候、运动及生活的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2023年7月昆明市中医医院老年病科72例纳入的帕金森病患者,按随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各36例,其中对照组采用基础+西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用振颓汤治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、运动功能、生活能力评分、日常生活质量及不良反应。结果试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2、3个月后试验组的中医证候积分、统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRSⅢ)评分、帕金森病患者的日常生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,对照组出现2例胃肠反应,而试验组出现1例胃肠反应,未见其他明显不良反应,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论振颓汤对气血两虚型帕金森病具有较佳的疗效,可降低中医证候积分,对日常生活能力和运动功能具有提高作用,安全性相对较高,能提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the impact of Zhentui Decoction on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,exercise and life of Parkinson’s disease with deficiency of both qi and blood.Methods A total of 72 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=36)and the control group(n=36)according to the random number table method.In them,the control group was treated with basic combined with western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Zhentui Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,motor function,life ability score,quality of daily life(QoL)and adverse reactions(ADRs)of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRSⅢ)score and PDQ-39 score of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were 2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction in the control group and 1 case in the experimental group,and no other obvious ADRs were found.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in ADRs(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhentui Decoction has a superior therapeutic efficacy on Parkinson’s disease with deficiency of both qi and blood,which can reduce the score of TCM syndromes,improve the ability of QoL and motor function,with relatively higher safety and upgrade the QoL of patients.
