全自动血细胞分析仪血常规检验对地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血诊断分析

摘要 目的研究地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血两种疾病,在诊断鉴别过程中,应用全自动血细胞分析仪血常规检验技术的临床价值。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月间,在我院接受治疗的地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血确诊患者各50例,并将其分别定义为地中海贫血组、缺铁性贫血组,整体100例患者定为研究组。再抽取同期进行健康体检的非贫血健康人病历资料100名,将其定义为对照组。三组研究对象均利用全自动血细胞分析仪对血常规指标进行测定,并进行对比分析。结果地中海贫血组、缺铁性贫血组的红细胞相关指标和血红蛋白(Hb)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而红细胞平均体积(MCV)高于对照组(P<0.05)。地中海贫血组的红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)低于缺铁性贫血组(P<0.05),而平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)和血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于缺铁性贫血组(P<0.05)。结论研究显示,贫血患者的血常规指标与健康人不同,地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血在红细胞相关指标上有特异性差异,可作为诊断参考。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of complete blood count testing using an automated hematology analyzer in the diagnosis and differentiation of two diseases,mediterranean anemia and iron-deficiency anemia.Methods Fifty confirmed patients with thalassemia and 50 confirmed patients with iron deficiency anemia who received treatment in our hospital between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected,and they were defined as the thalassemia group and the iron deficiency anemia group,respectively.These 100 patients were designated as the study group.Additionally,select 100 healthy individuals who underwent a health check-up during the same period and had no diagnosis of anemia,and define them as the control group.Use a fully automatic blood cell analyzer to test the blood routine indicators of all research objects and perform a comparative analysis.Results The red blood cell-related indices and hemoglobin levels in the mediterranean anemia and irondeficiency anemia groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the mean corpuscular volume was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The red blood cell count,red blood cell distribution width,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content and mean corpuscular volume were lower in the mediterranean anemia group than in the iron-deficiency anemia group(P<0.05),while the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and hemoglobin levels were higher in the mediterranean anemia group than in the iron-deficiency anemia group(P<0.05).Conclusions The study indicates that the blood routine indices of anemic patients differ from those of healthy individuals,and there are specific differences in red blood cell-related indices between mediterranean anemia and iron-deficiency anemia,which can be used as references for diagnosis.
