摘要
目的探究肱骨近端骨折患者进行系统化运动康复训练对肩关节功能的影响。方法将2021年10月至2022年10月在本院收治的患者中选出92例符合研究要求的肱骨近端骨折患者为对象,通过随机数字表法进行分组,试验组和常规组各46例,在术后分别实施系统化运动康复训练和常规化护理,对比两组患者的康复效果。结果试验组患者骨折短临床愈合时间和影像学愈合时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。术后6个月试验组患者的肩关节活动度、肩关节功能、稳定性、肌力、疼痛评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月的Neer评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组患者肩关节功能康复恢复优良率为93.48%,高于常规组的78.26%(P<0.05)。结论系统化运动康复训练的运用能够提升肱骨近端骨折患者的肩关节功能恢复效果,缩短骨折愈合时间。
Objective To explore the impact of systematic exercise rehabilitation training on shoulder joint function in patients with proximal humeral fractures.Methods From the patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022,92 patients with proximal humerus fracture who met the requirements of the study were selected as the objects,and were divided by random number table method,46 patients in the experimental group and 46 patients in the conventional group were respectively implemented systematic exercise rehabilitation training and routine nursing after surgery,and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The short clinical healing time and imaging healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the shoulder joint motion,shoulder function,stability,muscle strength and pain scores of experimental group were higher than those of conventional group(P<0.05).The Neer scores of experimental group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were higher than those of conventional group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function rehabilitation in experimental group was 93.48%,which was higher than 78.26%in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic exercise rehabilitation training can improve the recovery effect of shoulder joint function in patients with proximal humeral fractures,shorten the fracture healing time.
