摘要
目的研究增强型体外反搏联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择2017年6月—2022年6月在我院接受治疗的82例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予体外反搏联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后的6 min步行距离、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端-脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平。结果治疗前,两组的6 min步行距离、LVEF、NT-ProBNP比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的6 min步行距离、LVEF均显著高于对照组,NT-ProBNP明显低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(t=1.710、1.687、2.436,均P<0.05)。结论增强型体外反搏联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的左心室收缩功能,适合临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with Qili Qiangxin capsules in the treatment of elderly chronic heart failure.Methods From June 2017 to June 2022,82 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the study group received external counterpulsation combined with Qili Qiangxin capsules treatment on top of the control group's regimen.The 6-minute walk distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the 6-minute walk distance,LVEF,and NT-proBNP between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the study group showed significantly higher 6-minute walk distance and LVEF,and significantly lower NT-proBNP levels than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(t=1.710,1.687,2.436,all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with Qili Qiangxin capsules in treating elderly chronic heart failure is significant.It can effectively improve patients'left ventricular systolic function and is suitableforclinical promotion.
