摘要
目的探究观察小儿重型颅脑损伤早期肠内营养支持临床效果,为改善小儿重型颅脑损伤的营养状态提供帮助。方法抽取2018年1月—2020年12月广宁县人民医院收治的50例小儿重型颅脑损伤患儿为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组原则,将患儿分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组采用传统营养支持,观察组采用早期肠内营养支持。比较两组患儿的血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平及并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组营养、免疫功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周后,两组营养、免疫功能指标明显改善,且观察组ALB、Hb、TP、IgA、IgM及IgG水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。结论小儿重型颅脑损伤患儿应用早期肠内营养支持,可有效改善营养状态、免疫功能,还可减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and observe the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support in children with severe craniocerebral injury,in order to provide assistance in improving the nutritional status of children with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,50 cases of children with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Gungning County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each group,based on the principle of computer random grouping.The control group adopted traditional nutrition support,and the observation group adopted early enteral nutrition support.The levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),total serum protein(TP),immunoglobulin A(IGA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and the incidence of complications of clildren between the two group were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no differences in the nutritional and immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention,the nutritional and immune function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the levels of ALB,Hb,TP,IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was less than 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early enteral nutrition support for children with severe craniocerebral injury could effectively improve nutritional status and immune function,reduce the incidence of complications,it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
