一起由于断路器非全相击穿引起的保护越级误动作原因分析

摘要 在某35 kV变电站#2主变送电过程中,#2主变存在间断性异响,同时处于热备用状态的#1主变频发TA断线、复归异常信号。由于处于热备用状态的#1主变高压侧断路器BC两相断路器存在击穿的情况,因此产生了励磁涌流和非全相涌流电流,持续时间达到进线侧过流III段定值后,会导致该35 kV变电站35 kV进线侧线路过流III段保护动作跳开110 kV某变侧断路器,使该35 kV变电站全站失压。通过保护动作报文、变压器保护录波图及电流互感器饱和校验等判断保护是否正确动作,同时对保护越级跳闸及热备用变压器保护“TA断线”的原因进行分析。就上述类似问题进行详细分析并就此对发现的问题提出改进意见。 In the transmission process of the#2 main transformer in a 35 kV substation,there were intermittent abnormal ringing sounds in the#2 main transformer,and the#1 main frequency converter in the hot standby state sent TA break and return abnormal signals.Due to the breakdown of the BC two-phase circuit breaker in the hot standby#1 main transformer high voltage side circuit breaker,the excitation inrush current was generated.After the non-full phase inrush current and its duration reached the fixed value of the incoming side current III section,the protection action of the 35 kV incoming side line passed through the current III section of the 35 kV substation would jump the 110 kV xx variable side circuit breaker,resulting in the loss of voltage in the whole station of the 35 kV substation.In this paper,the protection action message,transformer protection record and current transformer saturation check were used to judge whether the protection is correct.At the same time,the reasons for the overstepping undesired relay action and the"TA line break"of the hot standby transformer were analyzed.The above similar problems were analyzed in detail and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
