62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂开发与研究

摘要 在62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂的生产过程中,通异丙胺结束后需要升温至100~110℃保温1 h,然后再降至室温,这种先升温后降温的方式造成能耗较高、生产效率低。同时,pH、水的硬度以及制剂中Na+含量均会影响62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂的稳定性。为了提高62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂的生产效率,降低生产成本,本试验分别研究了pH、保温温度、水的硬度以及Na+含量对62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂质量稳定性的影响,探究62%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂的最佳生产工艺条件。试验结果表明,最佳生产工艺条件为:制剂pH值控制在4.80~5.00,保温温度控制在50~70℃,水的硬度控制在428 mg/kg以内,制剂Na+含量控制在1 146 mg/kg以内。 In the production process of 62% glyphosate isopropylamine saline solution,the temperature needs to be raised to 100~110℃ for 1 h after the end of the pass-isopropylamine,and then dropped to room temperature,which first heats up and then cools down,resulting in high energy consumption and low production efficiency.At the same time,pH,water hardness and Na+content in the formulation all affect the stability of 62% glyphosate isopropylamine saline solution.In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost of 62% glyphosate isopropylamine brine agent,the effects of pH,holding temperature,water hardness and Na+content on the quality stability of 62% glyphosate isopropylamine brine were studied,and the optimal production process conditions of 62% glyphosate isopropylamine brine were explored.The results showed that the optimal production process conditions were as follows:the pH value of the preparation was controlled within 4.80~5.00,the holding temperature was controlled within 50~70℃,the water hardness was controlled within 428 mg/kg,and the Na+content was controlled within 1146 mg/kg.
