摘要
针对卫星热控分系统设计的新状态,梳理了热控自主管理软件中多点控温功能、跟踪控温功能及热敏电阻故障处理功能的测试需求,提出了基于总线故障注入的热控自主管理软件测试方案。该方案通过将故障注入设备接入卫星数据总线的方式仿真总线遥测,验证热控自主管理软件处理结果的正确性。与现有基于热敏电阻等效器的测试方案相比,该方案能够在保证测试有效性的同时简化所需地面测试设备及电缆,提升工作效率。文章给出了测试方案步骤,可为卫星自主管理软件测试提供参考。
In response to the new state in satellite thermal control subsystem design,the test requirements are summarized for multi-point temperature control function,tracking temperature control function and thermistor fault handling function in the thermal control autonomous ma ̄nagement software.A test scheme for satellite thermal control autonomous management software is also proposed based on bus fault injection.This scheme simulates bus telemetry by connecting the fault injecting equipment into satellite data bus and verifies the correctness of the processing result of the thermal control autonomous management software.Compared with the existing test scheme based on thermistor equivalent devices,the proposed scheme can simplify the ground test equipment and cables while ensuring test effectiveness,and improve test efficiency.Test scheme step is given in the paper,which can provide a reference for the test of satellite autonomous management software.
