大跨度预应力桥梁工程中挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 为解决大跨度预应力桥梁工程中存在悬臂预应力损失过多的问题,对大跨度预应力桥梁工程中挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术进行研究。根据关门江水道大桥项目施工情况,分析大跨度桥梁工程中挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术的具体应用,包括挂篮制作与安装、模板拼接、混凝土浇筑、悬臂桩预应力张拉等方面。对实际工程的支架位移进行检测,结果显示:测点处模板最大位移值为4.2 mm,混凝土浇筑完成二次收面处理,悬臂桩单桩预应力为5 000 kN。由此表明,模板连接紧密、混凝土浇筑均匀密实、预应力结果承提供受荷载效果良好,可有效解决悬臂预应力损失。 In order to solve the problem of excessive loss of cantilever prestress in long-span prestressed bridge engineering,the construction technology of cantilever casting with hanging basket in long-span prestressed bridge engineering is studied.According to the construction situation of Guanmenjiang Waterway Bridge project,the concrete application of cantilever casting construction technology in long-span bridge engineering is analyzed,including hanging basket manufacture and the installment,the template splicing,the concrete pouring,the cantilever pile prestress tensioning and so on.The results show that the maximum displacement of formwork is 4.2 mm at the testing point,the secondary surface recovery treatment is completed by concrete pouring,and the prestressing force of single cantilever pile is 5000 kN.It is shown that the close connection of formwork,uniform and dense concrete pouring,and good load bearing effect of prestressing result bearing can effectively solve the cantilever prestressing loss.
