摘要
目的:分析优质手术室护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2023年2月于丹寨县人民医院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的40例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各20例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,试验组实施优质手术室护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后首次下床活动时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:优质手术室护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,可减少术中出血量与并发症,减轻疼痛,促进患者康复,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality operating room nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 40 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Danzhai County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine operating room nursing,and the experimental group implemented high-quality operating room nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the time of first postoperative ambulation in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of physical pain,energy,social function and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical pain,energy,social function and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were statistically significant differences in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the pain scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Conclusion:The application of high-quality operating room nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy
