中药调节细胞因子水平治疗失眠研究进展

摘要 综述单味中药、中药单体、中药复方及中成药调节细胞因子治疗失眠的进展,为防治失眠提供思路.通过检索国内外数据库从数据库建立至2023年发表的细胞因子调节失眠的相关文献,通过纳入和排除标准共纳入61篇标准文献进行综述.不同类型的中药调节细胞因子治疗失眠的作用机制主要集中在调节ILs和TNF,进而缓解失眠;不同类型的中药可分别调控TLR4/NF-κB信号通路、NLRP3炎性小体通路、SIRT1/NF-κB信号通路、大脑CREB/BDNF/TrkB信号通路和Th1/Th2的分化等,调节炎症因子ILs和TNF的释放,缓解失眠和改善失眠引起的焦虑和认知障碍等并发症. This study aims to review the progress in using single Chinese herbs,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)monomers,TCM formulas,and TCM preparations to regulate cytokines for the treatment of insomnia,and provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of insomnia.Relevant literature on cytokine regulation of insomnia was retrieved from domestic and foreign databases established from the database establishment to 2023,and 61 standard articles were included in the review through inclusion and exclusion criteria.The mechanisms by which different types of TCM regulate cytokines to treat insomnia mainly focus on regulating ILs and TNF,thereby alleviating insomnia.Different types of TCM can respectively regulate TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,NLRP3 inflammasome pathway,SIRT1/NF-κB signaling pathway,brain CREB/BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway,and Th1/Th2 differentiation,etc.,to modulate the release of inflammatory factors ILs and TNF,and alleviate insomnia and ameliorate the insomnia-induced complications such as anxiety and cognitive disorders.
