摘要
传统基于静力学的强度设计方法,不能完全反映薄壁壳体零件在冲击载荷作用下的破坏情况。本文研究薄壁壳体零件在冲击载荷下的破坏形式及其特点,对比准静力学法、直接积分法、大质量直接法和模态叠加法几种常用方法,分析在冲击载荷下薄壁壳体零件的应力分布,为冲击载荷作用下薄壁壳体零件的强度设计提供理论依据。
The traditional strength design method based on static mechanics cannot reflect the failure of the transmission box under impact load.In this paper,the failure form and characteristics of the transmission box under impact load are studied,and the stress distribution of the transmission box under impact load is analyzed by comparing the common methods of quasi-static method,direct integration method,mass direct method and modal superposition method,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the strength design of the transmission box under impact load.
