摘要
在某发电用柴油机开发中,遇到瞬态突加性能指标不满足要求的问题。为优化瞬态突加性能,本文对不同规格的增压器及不同冷却方式的排气管进行试验研究。结果表明:通过增压器的优化匹配,瞬态转速偏差比原方案改善14.3%,转速恢复时间比原方案减少32.0%;通过优化排气管冷却方式,选择干式排气管,实现了柴油机瞬态响应性的显著改善,瞬态转速偏差比原方案改善26.8%,转速恢复时间比原方案减少41.2%。
In the development of genset diesel engine,there was a problem where the transient performance did not meet the requirements.In order to optimize the transient performance,this paper matched different specifications of turbochargers and exhaust pipes with different cooling methods.The results showed that through optimized matching of the turbocharger,the transient speed deviation was improved by 14.3%compared to the original scheme,and the speed recovery time was reduced by 13.5%compared to the original scheme;By optimizing the cooling method of the exhaust pipe and selecting a dry exhaust pipe,the transient response of the diesel engine has been significantly improved.The transient speed deviation has been improved by 26.8%compared to the original scheme,and the speed recovery time has been reduced by 41.2%compared to the original scheme.
