摘要
目的 探究健脾益气平喘方联合冬病夏治之穴位敷贴对缓解期支气管哮喘(肺气虚证)患者的作用效果。方法 以随机数字表法将安阳市中医院在2019年3月至2020年3月收治的110例缓解期支气管哮喘(肺气虚证)患者分为两组,接受冬病夏治之穴位敷贴治疗为对照组,接受健脾益气平喘方联合冬病夏治之穴位敷贴治疗为观察组,每组55例,3 a为1个治疗周期。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分、血液流变学水平、免疫功能[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白(IgE)、白细胞介素(IL)-4]以及抗氧化[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]水平。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组中医证候评分均下降,观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组高切、中切、低切全血黏度均下降,观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组IL-4、IgE、MDA水平均下降,观察组比对照组低;IFN-γ、SOD、GSH-Px水平上升,观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 健脾益气平喘方联合冬病夏治之穴位敷贴治疗用于缓解期支气管哮喘(肺气虚证)患者,能够改善患者生活质量,缓解临床症状,改善机体微循环,调节免疫功能,提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Pingchuan prescription combined with acupoint application of winter disease and summer treatment in patients with bronchial asthma in remission period(lung Qi deficiency syndrome).Methods Using a random number table method,110 patients with remission stage bronchial asthma(lung Qi deficiency syndrome)admitted to Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupoint application of winter disease summer treatment,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Pingchuan formula combined with acupoint application of winter disease summer treatment.Each group had 55 cases,with a 3-year treatment cycle.The clinical efficacy,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,blood rheology levels,and immune function before and after treatment[interferonγ(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4)]and antioxidant levels[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)]were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups of patients decreased after treatment,while the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the whole blood viscosity levels of high shear,medium shear and low shear in both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-4,IgE and MDA in both groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the levels of IFN-γ,SOD and GSH-Px increased,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Yiqi Pingchuan formula and acupoint application for winter disease and summer treatment has a significant therapeutic effec
