摘要
工匠精神是职业素养的一种体现,培养具有“工匠精神”的大学生是工业高质量升级发展的需要,本文以电气工程专业实践体系建设为例,以敬业兴藏为指导思想,以贯穿式实践体系为改革建设载体,依托大学生创新创业实验室和各类校企基地,推动课程教学和实践实习改革,培养“留得住、用得上、干得好”的新时代电气工匠型人才。
The spirit of craftsmanship is a manifestation of professional literacy,and cultivating college students with the"craftsmanship spirit"is a need for high-quality industrial upgrading and development.This article takes the construction of the practical system of the electrical engineering major as an example,with the guiding ideology of respecting work and developing Tibet,and the penetrating practice system as the reform and constructive carrier.Relying on the college students’innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories and various bases jointly built by schools and enterprises,we promote the reform of course teaching and practical internship.The ultimate goal is to cultivate new era electrical craftsman type talents who can be retained,used,and done well.
