阿拉善白绒山羊作为内蒙古绒山羊三大品系之一,是国家原始优良畜种遗传资源保护品种。为了实施种业振兴行动,推动我盟畜牧业种质资源保护利用工作,在国家级内蒙古绒山羊(阿拉善型)保种场选择了10只优良的种公羊和51只供体母羊。经过近一个月的时间进行了供体羊的饲养管理、疫病检测、同期发情、超数排卵、腹腔镜输精等技术工作,共获得614枚胚胎或卵子,平均每只羊的有效胚数为12.04枚。通过胚胎质量鉴定,其中有373枚符合冷冻保存标准,平均每只羊的冷冻胚数为7.31枚,最多可达到23枚可用冷冻胚胎。研究发现,不同体重对阿拉善白绒山羊超数排卵效果和胚胎质量产生影响。高体重组总胚胎数、桑葚胚、囊胚、A级胚胎和可用胚胎数量显著高于低体重组,而退化胚胎数量显著低于低体重组。然而,体重与B级、C级胚胎和未受精数之间的差异并不显著。以上结果为阿拉善白绒山羊的繁殖与保护提供了有益参考,为畜牧业的可持续发展和品种资源的有效利用提供了有力支持。
The Alxa White Cashmere Goat,one of the three major varieties of Inner Mongolian cashmere goats,represents a crucial genetic resource under national protection as an original and superior breed.In support of revitalizing the seed industry and advancing the utilization of genetic resources in our league's livestock breeding,10 outstanding breeding rams and 51 donor ewes were selected at the national-level Alxa White Cashmere Goat(Alxa type)breeding farm.Over the course of nearly a month,various technical procedures were undertaken,including the management of donor sheep,disease detection,simultaneous estrus induction,superovulation,and laparoscopic artificial insemination.A total of 614 embryos or ova were obtained,with an average of 12.04 effective embryos per sheep.Through embryo quality assessment,373 embryos met the standards for cryopreservation,resulting in an average of 7.31 frozen embryos per sheep and a maximum of 23 usable frozen embryos.The study revealed that body weight had a significant impact on the superovulation effectiveness and embryo quality of Alxa White Cashmere Goats.In the high-weight group,the total number of embryos,morulae,blastocysts,A-grade embryos,and usable embryos were significantly higher than those in the low-weight group,while the number of degenerated embryos was significantly lower in the high-weight group.However,differences in body weight did not show significant effects on B-grade embryos,C-grade embryos,and unfertilized eggs.These research findings provide valuable insights for the reproduction and protection of Alxa White Cashmere Goats,offering robust support for the sustainable development of the livestock industry and the effective utilization of breed resources.
