摘要
双重文化背景下的中国留学生通过“平台摇摆”来实现多元需求满足。引入“变迁”视角,考察中国留学生社交媒体使用行为的动态变化过程。基于对7名正在留学或已经完成留学的中国学生的访谈,本研究提炼出中国留学生“平台摇摆”的3个阶段,并进一步探讨了其在社交媒体上注意力分配的变化特点与深层逻辑,由此发现平台摇摆是中国留学生媒介策略,是为完成两个时空的信息和社会关系管理的主动行为,并不是被动性的负担。
Chinese international students in a bicultural context use"platform swing"to fulfill their multiple needs.This study introduces the perspective of"change"to examine the dynamic process of Chinese international students'social media usage behavior.Based on the interviews with seven Chinese students who are studying abroad or have completed their studies,this study distills the three stages of"platform swing"of Chinese international students,and further explores the changing characteristics and underlying logic of their attention allocation on social media,which reveals that platform swing is a media strategy of Chinese international students,which is a proactive behavior to complete the management of information and social relations in two time-spaces,and not a passive burden.
