摘要
摊铺作为沥青路面的重要施工环节,其施工效果对路面最终的建设质量有着重要影响。依托溧阳至高淳高速公路LYG-CZ21标项目,对3D数字化摊铺技术在高速公路沥青路面施工中的应用展开了深入研究,研究结果表明:与传统摊铺工艺相比,3D摊铺施工工艺具有更好的施工效果,平整度、厚度等指标波动很小。且社会经济效益显著,具有广阔的应用前景。
Paving is an important part of asphalt pavement construction,and its construction effect has an important impact on the final quality of the pavement.Relies on the Liyang-Gaochun Expressway LYG-CZ21 standard project,the application of 3D digital paving technology in highway asphalt pavement construction has been studied in depth,and the results of the study show that,compared with the traditional paving process,the 3D paving construction process has a better construction effect,and the fluctuation of flatness,thickness and other indicators is very small.Its social and economic benefits are remarkable,and it has a broad application prospect.
