摘要
新质生产力是习近平总书记对马克思主义生产理论的创新和发展,为充分发挥新质生产力的赋能作用,推进冰雪体育强国建设,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,探究新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设的内涵特征,解析其赋能冰雪体育强国建设的价值意蕴,并提出实现路径。研究认为,新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设的价值意蕴体现在:强化冰雪全民健身战略,促进健康中国目标达成;提升冰雪运动竞技水平,增强国际竞争力;推动冰雪产业高质量发展,促进经济转型升级;塑造全民冰雪健身文化,弘扬北京冬奥精神;加强国际合作交流,展现国家形象与软实力。新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设的实现路径:以政策为基石,构建创新驱动发展机制;融入绿色发展理念,升级冰雪体育基础设施;推动冰雪运动全面普及,扩大社会参与基数;加快冰雪体育科技研发,驱动产业创新发展;深化人才培养改革,提升冰雪体育人才素质。
New quality productivity is the innovation and development of Marxist production theory by General Secretary Xi Jinping,In order to give full play to the enabling role of new quality productivity and promote the construction of ice and snow sports power,the paper adopts the research methods of literature and logical analysis to deeply analyze its connotation,value and realization path.This paper probes into the connotation of the construction of ice and snow sports power with new quality productivity,and analyzes the characteristics of the construction of ice and snow sports power with deep empowerment.According to the research,the value implication of the new quality productivity enabling the construction of ice and snow sports power is as follows:strengthen the national fitness strategy of ice and snow,and promote the achievement of the goal of healthy China;Improve the competitive level of ice and snow sports and enhance international competitiveness;Promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry and promote economic transformation and upgrading;Shape the national ice and snow fitness culture,carry forward the spirit of Beijing Winter Olympics;Strengthen international cooperation and exchanges to demonstrate national image and soft power.And on this basis,put forward the realization of the new quality of productivity to enable the construction of ice and snow sports power path:take policy as the cornerstone,build an innovation-driven development mechanism;Integrate the concept of green development and upgrade the infrastructure of ice and snow sports;Promote the popularization of ice and snow sports and expand the base of social participation;Accelerate the research and development of ice and snow sports science and technology to drive industrial innovation and development;Deepen the reform of personnel training and improve the quality of ice and snow sports talents.
