摘要
目的:优化医用耗材院内外流转使用流程,实现医用耗材精细化与智能化管理。方法:通过信息技术和耗材管理终端的应用,以医用高值耗材管理为切入点,采用以医院为主导,引入第三方运营服务的SPD管理模式,构建医院全流程的医用耗材管理平台,与院内物流管理系统和医院信息管理系统(HIS)无缝集成,实现高值耗材RFID条码全流程实时追溯,并佐以数据验证,实现信息技术与医疗场景有效融合。结果:平台实现了耗材采供协同、智能存取、动态更新、预警提示、智慧分析与辅助决策等功能,优化了耗材管理流程与架构,以高值耗材管理为例,耗材日均管理用时缩短82.5%,信息维护用时缩短84.1%,临床工作人员申请用时缩短79.5%,精细化管理的耗材品规及数量提高了57.0%。结论:以医院为主导,引入第三方服务的SPD管理模式提高了医院医用耗材的流转和使用效率,达到控耗降耗、提高医用耗材质控管理的预期。在提升医院服务质量和医用耗材使用安全的同时,实现了医用耗材的精细化全生命周期管理。
Objective To optimize the process of medical consumables in and out of hospital,and realize the fine and intelligent management of medical consumables.Methods Through the application of information technology and consumables management terminals,taking the management of high-value medical consumables as the cut-in point,adopting the a hospital-led SPD management model with the third-party operation services,to construct a medical consumable management platform for the whole-process of hospital,and integrate it seamlessly with the hospital logistics management system and the hospital information management system(HIS)to realize the whole-process real-time tracing of RFID barcode on high-value consumables and apply data verification,so as to achieve the effective integration of information technology and medical service scenarios.Results The platform achieved the functions of collaborative procurement and supply,intelligent access,dynamic updating,inventory alert,intelligent analysis and assisted decision-making,and optimized the flow and structure of consumables management.Taking the management of high-value consumables as an example,the daily management time of consumables,the time of information maintenance and the application time of clinical staff were shortened by 82.5%,84.1%and 79.5%respectively,while the fine-managed consumables specifications and quantities increased by 57.0%.Conclusion The application of hospital-led SPD management model with the third-party service can improve the circulation and use efficiency of the medical consumables in hospitals, achieving the goal of controlling and reducing consumption, as well as improving the quality control management. While improving the service quality and safety of medical consumables in hospitals, the platform can realize the fine whole-life-cycle management of medical consumables.
