摘要
目的:解决智慧医院信息化运维过程掌控不清晰、运维手段较为落后、缺乏系统的运维管理等问题,利用主动式运维手段构建医院信息化运维管理体系,降低管理复杂性,提高服务能力,有效保障医院信息化业务连续性。方法:梳理医院信息化运维要素,基于FOCUS-PDCA模型和敏捷方法构建主动运维管理体系,从运维支撑、运维操作、运维要素、运维目标的维度重塑运维能力,开发主动运维管理平台,基于运维成熟度模型对运维体系建设进行系统评价。结果:平台上线后故障报修工单量环比下降23%,工单处理效率提升27%,用户满意度得到提高。结论:主动运维管理体系将运维工作前置到故障发生前,变被动接报为主动干预,对医院运维服务提升发挥了积极作用。
Objective To solve the problems such as unclear control of the operation and maintenance process of IT application in smart hospital,relatively backward operation and maintenance means,and lack of systematic operation and maintenance management, this paper establishes an operation and maintenance management system for hospital's IT application to reduce management complexity, enhance service capability, and effectively ensure the continuity of hospital IT application business by utilizing proactive operation and maintenance means. Methods The operation and maintenance elements of hospital IT application were sorted out, and a proactive operation and maintenance management system was constructed based on the FOCUS-PDCA model and agile methods. The operation and maintenance capabilities were reshaped from the dimensions of operation and maintenance support, operation and maintenance operations, operation and maintenance elements, and operation and maintenance objectives. A proactive operation and maintenance management platform was developed, and a systematic evaluation of the operation and maintenance system construction was conducted based on the operation and maintenance maturity model. Results After implementing the platform, the number of work orders reported for fault repair decreased by 23% month-on-month, the processing efficiency of work orders increased by 27%, and the user satisfaction was improved. Conclusion The proactive operation and maintenance management system can advance the operation and maintenance work before failures occur, changing the passive acceptance of reports into active intervention, which play a positive role in improving the hospital's operation and maintenance services.
