摘要
为保证盖梁施工安全,需要更合理地选择盖梁支架体系。依托昆山黄浦江路南段改扩建工程施工项目H2-SG标段,介绍盘扣支架体系、普通扣件式钢管支架体系及抱箍法支架体系的设计要点、堆载预压、施工控制措施等,总结不同情况下盖梁施工所需支架体系的选择思路,为后续类似项目施工提供有效参考。
To ensure the safety of cap beam construction and select the cap beam support system more reasonably,this study is based on the H2-SG section of the reconstruction and expansion project of the southern section of Huangpu River Road in Kunshan.By introducing the design points,preloading,and construction control measures of the disc-buckle support system,the ordinary fastener steel pipe support system,and the hold hoop method support system,the selection ideas of the support system required for the cap beam construction under different conditions are summarized.This summary provides an effective reference for the construction of subsequent similar projects.
