摘要
随着建造技术的进步和建筑工业化理念的发展,装配式建筑在全国得到了大力推广。装配式建筑的空调板及阳台板常采用预制板,因承载力有限,导致施工阶段无法利用其搭设悬挑脚手架或悬挑模架。针对这一问题,结合实际工程,提出了加固思路:通过比较立杆加固、斜撑加固、三角架加固,分析了预制空调板上搭设模板支架加固技术;通过安装定制金属加固件,解决了预制悬挑阳台板承载力不足的问题。
With the progress of construction technology and the development of the concept of building industrialization,prefabricated buildings have seen widespread promotion across the nation.Prefabricated slabs are commonly utilized for air conditioning boards and balcony slabs of prefabricated buildings.However,their limited load-bearing capacity precludes the use of these slabs for setting up cantilever scaffolds or cantilever mold base during the construction phase.In view of this problem,based on an actual project,a reinforcement concept is proposed:by comparing the reinforcement of vertical rod,diagonal bracing and triangular frame,the reinforcement technology of formwork support on prefabricated air conditioning boards is analyzed.By installing customized metal reinforcements,the issue of inadequate load-bearing capacity for prefabricated cantilever balcony slabs is resolved.
