摘要
刚出炉的电石有着巨大的显热,而将电石放置在环境中自然冷却会造成巨大的能源浪费。因此本文提出一种新型电石余热回收系统,并采用数值模拟研究了其中集热系统的换热性能。研究了入口流速和季节情况对集热系统性能的影响。结果表明瞬时效率、㶲损失和压降随着入口流速的增大而增大,有效度随着入口流速的增大而减小。不同季节下集热系统的换热性能顺序为:夏季晴天>夏季阴天>冬季晴天>冬季阴天。
Newly produced calcium carbide has enormous sensible heat,and placing it in the environment for natural cooling can cause significant energy waste.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of waste heat recovery system for calcium carbide and uses numerical simulation to study the heat transfer performance of the heat collection system in it.The effect of inlet velocity and seasonal conditions on the performance of the collector system is investigated.The results show that the instantaneous efficiency,exergy loss and pressure drop increase with increasing inlet velocity,and the degree of effectiveness decreases with increasing inlet velocity.The order of heat transfer performance of the collector system under different seasons is:summer sunny day>summer cloudy day>winter sunny day>winter cloudy day.
