降低小规格导轨用S55C热轧圆钢脱碳层的生产控制

摘要 生产过程中因加热温度较高和加热时间较长,经常导致小规格S55C圆钢脱碳层超标。通过采取降低一加热段温度、二加热段温度、均热段温度及加热时间,缩小加热温度波动范围,降低空燃比和提高加热炉炉压等措施,成功解决了小规格S55C圆钢脱碳层超标的问题。 The decarburized layer of small size round bar of S55C steel always exceeded the standard requirements due to the longer heating time and higher heating temperature in the production process.The problems were settled successfully after reducing the temperature of the first heating area,the second heating area,the uniform heating area and the heating time,shrinking the range of temperature variation,reducing the ratio of air/gas and increasing the furnace pressure etc.
