山钢1^(#)5100 m^(3)高炉停开炉及快速恢复实践

摘要 山钢1^(#)5100 m^(3)高炉为消除冷却壁破损的重大隐患,采取煤气回收和炉顶打水控制顶温相结合的方法,进行安全环保空料线停炉中修。通过制定严密的开炉技术方案及详密计算炉料结构组成和炉料负荷,预埋氧枪出铁等一系列前期准备措施,高炉开炉送风,送风后15.5 h打开铁口成功出铁,32 h开始富氧,57 h风量恢复至停炉前水平。40 h焦炭负荷加到4.6,实现了炉况的快速恢复,各项高炉经济技术指标良好。 In order to eliminate the major hidden danger of cooling wall damage,the 1^(#)5100 m^(3) blast furnace adopted the method of combining full gas recovery and water supply control of the top temperature of the furnace to carry out the shutdown and medium repair of safe and environmental protection empty material line.Through the development of a series of preliminary preparation measures such as strict opening technical scheme and detailed calculation of the furnace charge structure composition and charge load,and the iron buried oxygen gun,the blast furnace opened,opened the iron outlet for 15.5 hours,started oxygen enrichment in 32 hours,and the air volume returned to the level before the shutdown in 57 hours.The coke load was increased to 4.6,which realized the rapid recovery of the furnace condition,and the economic and technical indicators of each blast furnace were good.
