摘要
针对食品灌装机上轴承滚珠人工测量时间长、精度低的问题,采用模块化方法设计一套非接触式滚珠直径测量装置。装置由滚珠上料机构、直径测量机构和下料机构组成,采用投影测量的方法对滚珠直径进行测量。结果显示,装置每次能够检测10组数据,测量准确率达到97%以上,工作效率为16~18 s/颗,符合实际生产的需求。研究为食品灌装机轴承精度的提升提供参考。
In response to the problem of long manual measurement time and low accuracy of bearing balls on food filling machines,a modular method was adopted to design a non-contact ball diameter measurement device.The device consists of a ball loading mechanism,a diameter measurement mechanism,and a cutting mechanism,and the ball diameter was measured using projection measurement method.The results show that the device can detect 10 sets of data each time,with a measurement accuracy of over 97% and a work efficiency of 16~18 seconds per piece,which meets the actual production requirements.The study provides a reference for improvement of bearing accuracy of food packaging machines.
