摘要
某双列行车调心滚子轴承在使用过程中发生碎裂。采用化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等理化检验技术对其碎裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:该调心滚子轴承由于日常维护保养不到位等因素导致的轴承运转工况较差,最后发生碎裂。
A double-row aligning roller bearing breaks during use.The physical and chemical inspection techniques such as chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness testing are used to analyze the reasons for its cracking failure.The results show that:the running condition of the aligning roller bearing is poor due to inadequate daily maintenance and other factors,finally,it breaks.
