摘要
本文介绍了气力输送的原理、流程、特点以及运行情况,气力输送系统自在焦化厂投用以来解决了除尘粉存贮、装卸和运输过程中的逸尘和洒落问题,但是跟传统物料输送装置比存在能耗较高、压缩空气消耗量较大和管件易磨损等问题。同时,本文对气力运输中的关键技术问题进行了探讨并提出了对应的解决方法。
This article introduces the principle,process,characteristics,and operation of pneumatic conveying.The pneumatic conveying system has solved the problems of dust escape and scattering during the storage,loading and unloading,and transportation of dust removal powder since it was put into use in the coking plant.However,compared with traditional material conveying devices,it has problems such as higher energy consumption,higher consumption of compressed air,and easy wear of pipe fittings.Meanwhile,this article explores the key technical issues in pneumatic transportation and proposes corresponding solutions.
