摘要
在新型电力系统中,水力发电以其独特的优势在系统中占据了重要地位。金中集控中心作为金沙江中游电站的集中控制中心,负责各级电站的远程监视与控制,对于保障流域水资源利用效益最大化及电力系统安全具有重要意义。随着电力系统不断发展,“无人值班,少人值守”模式不断推进,自动化程度不断增强,各电厂业务逐步转移集控中心,造成集控中心运行人员业务繁杂。同时时效性要求更高,漏执行各类操作的安全风险逐步增大。在此背景下,金中流域梯级集控防漏执行平台的研发与应用显得尤为重要。
In the new power system,hydropower plays an important role due to its unique advantages.As the central control center of Jinsha River midstream power station,Jinzhong Central Control Center is responsible for remote monitoring and control of various levels of power stations,which is of great significance for ensuring the maximization of water resource utilization efficiency in the basin and the safety of the power system.With the continuous development of the power system,the continuous promotion of the"unmanned,few person on duty"mode,and the increasing degree of automation,the business of various power plants is gradually shifting to the central control center,resulting in complex business for the operation personnel of the central control center.At the same time,the requirement for timeliness is higher,and the safety risk of failing to perform various operations is gradually increasing.In this context,the development and application of a cascade centralized control and leak prevention execution platform in Jinzhong River Basin are particularly important.
