摘要
为备战2026年米兰冬奥会,促进我国花样滑冰男单自由滑项目水平的提升,以2023年花样滑冰世锦赛男单自由滑前六名运动员的竞技特征为研究对象,运用文献资料、统计分析、录像分析等方法,对该项目世界高水平运动员的技术动作构成进行研究。得出在花样滑冰男单自由滑比赛中,跳跃类技术动作是比赛的重要制胜因素;高水平运动员在比赛中表现出动作执行能力强、动作完成质量好、技术得分高的总体特征;动作编排呈现“难—易难结合—高难—易难结合”的模式,动作艺术表现力体现在节目编排组合多样、高难度的动作表演表达和连贯接续的滑行技术。建议我国加强花样滑冰项目科学研究,推动训练的科学化发展;强化关键技术动作的运用能力,提高动作完成质量;提升花样滑冰运动员的艺术素养,增强艺术表现力,以期为我国花样滑冰项目再创佳绩及实现可持续发展提供有益参考。
In preparation for the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics and to enhance the level of men's single free skating in figure skating in China,this paper examines the competitive characteristics of top six athletes in the men's single free skating event at the 2023 Figure Skating World Championships.This paper has investigated the technical composition of high-level athletes in this event by using the method of literature review,statistical analysis,and video analysis.It concludes that jumping techniques are crucial decisive factors in men's single free skating competitions.High-level athletes demonstrate strong execution capabilities,high quality of movement completion,and high technical scores during competitions.The choreography follows a pattern of"dificulteasydifficult combinationhigh difficulty-easy-difficult combination",showcasing diverse program compositions,high difficulty movement performances,and coherent transitions in skating techniques.Recommendations include enhancing scientific research in figure skating,promoting scientifically-driven training development,strengthening the application proficiency of key technical movements,improving movement completion quality,and enhancing artistic literacy among figure skating athletes.These efforts aim to provide beneficial insights for achieving outstanding results and sustainable development in China's figure skating events.
