摘要
本文对生态高水平保护与林业高质量发展的辩证关系进行探讨,对林区发展路径、林业产业高质量发展模式等研究成果进行系统的梳理与总结。分析当前林业产业在追求高质量发展过程中所面临的一系列问题和挑战,针对这些问题提出切实可行的对策建议,如加强生态文明建设的顶层设计、持续推动国土绿化工作、完善林草资源管理的政策体系、推进林草产业与其他产业的深度融合、强化良种良艺的技术支撑、加强现代信息技术在林业领域的应用、创新林草产业发展的资金投入机制及重视林业人才的培养与引进等。
This paper discusses the dialectical relationship between high-levelecological protection and high-quality development of forestry,systematically combs and summarizes the research results of forest development path and high-quality developmentmodel of forestry industry.It will analyze a series of problems and challenges faced by the current forestry industry in theprocess of pursuing high-quality development,and put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.Such as strengthening the top-level design of ecological civilization construction,continuously promoting the land greeningwork,improving the policy system of forest and grass resource management,promoting the deep integration of forest and grassindustry with other industries,strengthening the technical support of good seeds and fine arts,strengthening the application ofmodern information technology in the field of forestry,innovating the fund investment mechanism for the development of forestand grass industry,and paying attention to the cultivation and introduction of forestry talents.
