摘要
提升高校体育教师数字素养是推动数字化体育教学改革、新时代人才培育的关键环节。选取河南省509名高校体育教师作为调查样本,调查显示:高校体育教师数字素养整体表现良好,在数字社会责任维度表现最好,在数字化意识、专业发展维度次之,在数字技术知识与技能和数字化应用维度得分最低;不同性别、不同年龄、不同教龄、不同职称的体育教师数字素养存在显著差异。基于调查结果,提出以下建议:转变观念,促进体育教师数字素养的内化与升华;环境升级,构建体育教师数字素养培育的优质氛围;评价激励,激发体育教师数字化教学动力;体系保障,健全体育教师数字素养培育的全方位保障体系。
Enhancing the digital literacy of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is a crucial link in promoting the reform of digital sports teaching and the cultivation of talents in the new era.Taking 509 college physical education teachers in Henan Province as the survey sample,the survey revealed that the overall performance of digital literacy among college physical education teachers is good,with the best performance in the dimension of digital social responsibility,followed by digital awareness and professional development,and the lowest scores in the dimensions of digital technology knowledge and skills and digital application.There are significant differences in digital literacy among physical education teachers of different genders,ages,teaching experiences,and professional titles.Based on the survey results,the following suggestions are proposed:changing mindset to promote the internalization and sublimation of digital literacy among physical education teachers;upgrading the environment to create a quality atmosphere for cultivating digital literacy among physical education teachers;evaluating and motivating to stimulate the motivation of digital teaching among physical education teachers;and establishing a comprehensive safeguard system to improve the cultivation of digital literacy among physical education teachers.
