汽车静态电源管理系统研究

摘要 文章设计一种防止汽车亏电的电源管理系统,主要研究解决整车控制器异常耗电以及故障难以监测等问题。该系统包括:根据使用场景与功能需求,将整车用电器分类并通过不同的磁保持继电器连接车身控制器BCM,对继电器及用电器状态实时检测,BCM根据用电器故障状态及所属类别,控制端高低电平切换,控制相应磁保持继电器断开和闭合,控制蓄电池为相应电器控制回路供电或切断供电,复位或切断用电器供电。同时,ECU通过网络管理报文广播用电器状态及唤醒原因,并将用电器状态及断电标志等信息转发车载信息娱乐终端总成上传云端,远程管理和控制汽车用电器,可以有效降低整车亏电及远程故障监测问题。 This paper relates to a power management system to prevent car power loss.It mainly studies and solves the problems of abnormal power consumption of vehicle controllers and difficult monitoring of faults.The method includes:according to the usage scenarios and functional requirements,classify the electrical appliances for the whole vehicle and connect them to the body controller BCM through different magnetic retention relays,and detect the status of the relays and electrical appliances in real time.BCM switches the high and low levels of the control terminal according to the fault status and category of the electrical appliances.BCM controls the corresponding magnetic retention relays to open and close,controls the battery to supply or cut off the power supply to the control loop of the corresponding type of electrical appliances,and resets or cuts off the power supply of the electrical appliances.At the same time,ECU through the network management message broadcast electrical status and wake-up reasons,and the electrical status and power-off signs and other information forwarding vehicle infotainment end point assembly uploaded to the cloud,remote management and control of automotive electrical appliances,can effectively reduce vehicle power loss and remote fault monitoring problems.
