摘要
课程思政是思政教育的重要组成部分。以高职院校教师教学创新团队为载体,通过对122位国家级、省级和校级团队成员的调查发现,教师在课程思政本质意识、主体意识、创新意识以及设计能力上稍显不足,提出通过增强思政知识学习意识、推动教改科研成果转化、开展跨专业交流与合作及参与教学方法与技能培训来提升教师个人专业素养;通过发挥团队资源共享优势、加强团队共同体沟通交流、完善团队协作与决策机制及激发团队负责人领导力来提升团队协作;通过更新管理理念与体制、优化资源配置与利用效率及完善评估与激励制度提升学校组织管理;通过加强政策引导与激励机制建设、推动制度创新与教师团队建设及加大社会支持与多维资源整合提升教育改革与政策制度环境,从而提升创新团队教师课程思政意识和实践能力。
Ideological and political education in the curriculum is an important component of ideological and political education.Through a survey of 122 national,provincial,and school level team members,using the teaching innovation team of higher vocational college teachers as a carrier,it was found that teachers have slightly insufficient at essence consciousness,subject consciousness,innovation consciousness,and design ability of ideological and political education in the curriculum.It is proposed to enhance the personal professional competence of teachers by enhancing their awareness of ideological and political knowledge learning,promoting the transformation of educational reform and scientific research achievements,conducting cross professional exchanges and cooperation,and participating in teaching methods and skills training;It is proposed to enhance team collaboration by leveraging the advantages of team resource sharing,strengthening communication and exchange within the team community,improving team collaboration and decision-making mechanisms,and stimulating the leadership of team leaders;It is proposed to enhance school organizational management by updating management concepts and systems,optimizing resource allocation and utilization efficiency,and improving evaluation and incentive systems;It is proposed to enhance the education reform and policy institutional environment,thereby enhancing the ideological and political awareness and practical ability of innovative team teachers in the curriculum,by strengthening policy guidance and incentive mechanism construction,promoting institutional innovation and teacher team building,and increasing social support and multi-dimensional resource integration.
