智能照明系统在FPSO中的设计与实现

摘要 针对海上浮式生产储油船(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)上大量高功率灯具常亮造成的电能浪费现象,设计一种适合FPSO环境的智能照明系统,达到节约能源目的的同时,降低电气设备维护员对灯具巡检、维修和控制所花费的人力和时间成本。本文通过分析系统功能需求,进行FPSO智能照明系统架构设计;基于无线网络技术和有线通讯技术,提出基于ZigBee传输方式的网络架构设计方案;基于传感器的环境感知能力,完成适应FPSO环境的自动控制策略设计;最后,完成FPSO智能照明系统终端软件设计工作。本文首次将FPSO各舱室照明模式及控制策略进行梳理总结,结合FPSO智能照明系统对灯具及传感器的自主监测功能,实现了FPSO平台照明灯具的智能化控制和管理,为智能照明在FPSO及其他海上工程平台上的应用与发展打下基础。 Aiming at the waste of electric energy caused by the constant lighting of a large number of high-power lamps and lanterns on the Floating Production Storage and Ofloading(FPSO),an intelligent lighting system suitable for the FPSO environment is designed to save energy and reduce the cost of manpower and time spent by electrical equipment maintenance personnel on the inspection,maintenance and control of lamps and lanterns.By analyzing the functional requirements of the system,this paper designs the architecture of the FPSO intelligent lighting system.Based on wireless network technology and wired communication technology,a network architecture design scheme based on ZigBee transmission mode is proposed.Based on the environmental perception ability of the sensor,the automatic control strategy design adapted to the FPSO environment is completed.Finally,the terminal software design of the FPSO intelligent lighting system is completed.In this paper,the lighting mode and control strategy of each cabin FPSO are summarized for the first time.Combined with the independent monitoring function of the FPSO intelligent lighting system for lamps and sensors,the intelligent control and management of lighting lamps on the FPSO platform are realized,which lays a foundation for the application and development of intelligent lighting on FPSO and other offshore engineering platforms.
