基于有限元的沥青路面水扩散及水损伤研究

摘要 路面重建或改建工程中,合理的措施可以确保道路在预期运营期限内具有理想的工作性能。路基中的水是影响路面结构承载能力的主要因素之一,其可以导致沥青层的开裂,且在很短的时间内很难排干。以重建道路项目为例,通过对测量数据的分析以及路况的评估表明,路面变形是由于雨水渗透造成的基层土承载力的损失,基层土的塑性屈服导致了水泥处理后的土壤层发生结构性破坏,进而导致了沥青层的破坏。通过对沥青混合料截面微观结构的数值模拟,发现扩散系数是研究沥青混凝土性能退化的基础,其水损伤程度与水扩散系数的高度相关。 in the pavement reconstruction or reconstruction project,reasonable measures can ensure that the road has ideal working performance within the expected operation period.The water in subgrade is one of the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of pavement structure,which can lead to the cracking of asphalt layer and is difficult to drain in a very short time.Taking the road reconstruction project as an example,through the analysis of the measured data and the evaluation of the road conditions,it is shown that the pavement deformation is the loss of the bearing capacity of the base soil caused by rainwater infiltration,and the plastic yield of the base soil leads to the structural damage of the soil layer after cement treatment,and then leads to the damage of the asphalt layer;Through the numerical simulation of the microstructure of asphalt mixture section,it is found that the diffusion coefficient is the basis for studying the performance degradation of asphalt concrete,and its water damage degree is highly related to the water diffusion coefficient.
