基于TRIZ理论的加工杂质吹除智能装置设计

摘要 为有效清除机械加工过程的铁粉、铁屑等杂质,应用TRIZ理论提出解决方案,设计了一种加工杂质吹除智能装置。将通用工程参数“结构稳定性”和“设备的复杂性”,“结构稳定性”和“静止的物体体积”“可操作性”和“时间损失”,“适应性及多样性”和“时间损失”作为技术矛盾,通过建立模型,查询矛盾矩阵表,筛选最优解,设计了结构简单稳定、易于调试、可靠性好的加工杂质吹除智能装置,以助力智能化生产的高效运行。 In the process of mechanical processing,such as iron powder and iron filings are not promptly removed,which may result in operational disruptions or even equipment failure.In this paper,the TRIZ theory is used to put forward the solution of technical problems,and to design an intelligent device for processing impurity blowing.A model with general engineering parameters"structural stability"and"complexity of equipment","structural stability"and"volume of objects at rest","operability"and"time loss","adaptability and diversity"and"time loss"as technical contradictions is established.Through the query of contradiction matrix table,the optimal solution is selected,and the intelligent device with simple and stable structure,easy debugging and good reliability is designed to help the intelligent production run efficiently.
