摘要
[目的]探究复方中草药对规模化奶牛场奶牛巴氏杆菌病的疗效。[方法]选用山东省临沂市某规模化奶牛场60头患巴氏杆菌病的奶牛,随机分为4组。对照组患牛除饲喂正常日粮外不做处理,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组患牛每日分别灌服复方中草药制剂50 mL、100 mL、150 mL。[结果]与对照组相比,各试验组表现出良好的治疗效果,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组患牛的治愈率和有效率分别为53.33%和66.67%、80.00%和86.67%、93.33%和100.00%。给药后第5天,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组患牛的体温显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组患牛的呼吸频率和心率显著降低(P<0.05);给药后第10天,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组患牛的体温、呼吸频率和心率显著降低(P<0.05)。给药后第5天,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组患牛的平均日增重、产奶量和饲料效率显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组患牛的平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05);给药后第10天,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组患牛的平均日增重、平均日采食量、产奶量和饲料效率显著升高(P<0.05)。[结论]复方中草药对规模化奶牛场奶牛巴氏杆菌病具有良好治疗效果,可迅速减轻临床症状,且疗效呈剂量依赖性。
[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of compound Chinese herbs against Pasteurellosis in dairy cows in large-scale dairy farms.[Method]Sixty cows suffering from Pasteurellosis in a large-scale dairy farm in Linyi City,Shandong Province,were randomly divided into four groups.The cows in the control group were fed normal diets without treatment,and the cows in the test groupsⅠtoⅢwere treated with 50,100,and 150 mL of the compound herbal preparation daily.[Result]Compared with the control group,the test groups showed good therapeutic effects,and the cure rates and effective rates of the cows in the test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere 53.33%,66.67%,80.00%,and 86.67%,respectively,93.33%and 100.00%,respectively.On the 5th day after the administration of the drug,the body temperature of the affected cows in test groups II and III was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the respiratory rate and heart rate of the affected cows in test groups I,II and III were significantly reduced(P<0.05);on the 10th day after the administration of the drug,the body temperature,respiratory rate and heart rate of the affected cows in test groups I,II and III were significantly reduced(P<0.05).On the 5th day after drug administration,the average daily weight gain,milk yield and feed efficiency of the affected cows in test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere significantly higher(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake of the affected cows in test groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher(P<0.05);on the 10th day after drug administration,the average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,milk yield and feed efficiency of the affected cows in test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere significantly higher(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Compound Chinese herbal medicine has good therapeutic effect on Pasteurellosis in dairy cows in this large-scale dairy farm,which can effectively and rapidly reduce clinical symptoms,and the efficacy is dosedependent.
